Sales Manager – Enterprise Sales (Mauritius)

About the role

Peach Payments is looking for a proactive Sales Manager to join its high‑performing Enterprise Sales team in Mauritius. You will lead the acquisition of medium to large‑scale enterprises, guiding them from lead generation through to long‑term account management.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve ambitious merchant acquisition and net‑revenue targets.
• Generate leads, manage pipelines and close deals with enterprise merchants.
• Forecast segment growth and ensure accurate pipeline reporting.
• Build and maintain executive‑level relationships with customers.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to shape product offerings that meet client needs.
• Represent Peach Payments at industry events to raise brand awareness.

Required profile

• 5+ years of sales experience with a proven record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Demonstrated ability to prospect new merchants, conduct cold calls, and manage end‑to‑end sales cycles.
• Strong capability to develop strategic relationships with C‑level stakeholders.
• Passion for scaling technology‑driven businesses.
