SAP FICO Consultant

About the role

Accenture is looking for an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to join its Mauritius team. You will support finance and controlling modules, troubleshoot issues, and help deliver end‑to‑end SAP solutions for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Provide support for SAP FI/CO modules and resolve technical issues.
• Analyse business process requirements and design appropriate SAP solutions.
• Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with ABAP and other technical teams.
• Configure SAP settings, execute tests, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Deliver training to key users and maintain training documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of SAP FICO experience in a corporate or consulting environment.
• Strong functional knowledge of FI and CO processes and experience with full‑cycle SAP implementations or rollouts.
• Ability to work independently, own deliverables, and collaborate with finance, IT, and business teams.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
