Senior Associate, Cost of Sales Operations – Scheme Fee Implementation

About the role

As a Senior Associate in Cost of Sales Operations, you will own the end‑to‑end delivery of complex scheme‑fee bulletins and pricing updates. You will act as the subject‑matter expert, guiding cross‑functional teams through analysis, testing, implementation and post‑launch monitoring.

Key responsibilities

• Drive end‑to‑end execution of high‑priority bulletins, ensuring timely delivery and successful outcomes.
• Lead working groups as the primary subject‑matter expert, aligning internal stakeholders on requirements.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, enforce critical‑path deadlines and mitigate risk.
• Design and execute multi‑variable testing scenarios for new implementations and pricing updates.
• Create reporting metrics and dashboards to support managerial decision‑making.
• Formulate data‑backed recommendations for leadership and cross‑functional teams.
• Contribute to strategic planning and roadmap development for Scheme Fees.
• Maintain industry expertise, tracking regulatory shifts and emerging trends.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, internal documentation and knowledge repositories.
