Senior Business Intelligence Analyst – Marketing & CRM

About the role

The Senior Business Intelligence Analyst will join the centralised Analytics department to deliver insight for Marketing, Customer Insights and Safer Gambling. You will work on a variety of projects that influence commercial decisions across acquisition, CRM, loyalty, cross‑sell and churn.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret and analyse daily, weekly and monthly dashboards to surface trends, opportunities and risks.
• Deliver deep‑dive performance analysis for CRM journeys (email, SMS, direct mail) and provide segment‑level guidance.
• Design and support test‑and‑control experiments for CRM campaigns, interpreting results to inform roll‑outs.
• Produce standardised reporting and ROI analysis, establishing success criteria for campaigns and promotions.
• Build and maintain relationships with Marketing, CRM and Commercial stakeholders, presenting findings and shaping strategy.
• Champion a customer‑centric approach that balances commercial goals with player protection.
• Mentor junior analysts and provide ad‑hoc analytical support to various business units.

Required profile

• Graduate or postgraduate degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., STEM, Maths, Statistics, Physics) or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience as a senior BI or data analyst, preferably within a marketing or customer‑insight context.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and mentorship.
