Senior Central Fund Operations (AMIF)

About the role

Amicorp Group is looking for a Senior Central Fund Operations professional based in Ebene, Mauritius. The role covers the administration of a portfolio of funds, including Net Asset Value (NAV) preparation, financial statements, reporting and fund accounting, and may involve leading a team while working closely with internal teams and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure funds' business set-ups are optimal and that investor KYC complies with local regulation and group standards
• Prepare and deliver NAVs accurately and on time, and prepare financial statements and PBC items in liaison with auditors
• Process subscriptions, redemptions, transfers and switches, and issue investor statements and reports
• Handle fund accounting: security masters, trade processing, pricing, valuation, corporate actions, accruals, fee calculations and reconciliations
• Monitor regulatory changes affecting funds and investors, and monitor service delivery against SLAs
• Record chargeable time and value of service, monitor team productivity and billing, and collect outstanding fees
• Identify process improvements and stay updated on industry trends
• Act as director, trustee, nominee, manager, partner, secretary or signatory in internal or client entities when required

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics or Business Administration
• At least 10 years of experience in fund administration with good knowledge of the fund services industry
• Expertise in UCITS and alternative investment funds, especially private equity and real estate funds
• Good understanding of local market fund regulations
• Excellent English fluency; additional languages preferred
