Senior Parts Logistics Officer

About the role

The Senior Parts Logistics Officer will ensure the timely preparation and delivery of parts to customers worldwide. You will manage export documentation, transport arrangements, and invoicing while supporting continuous improvement of the delivery process.

Key responsibilities

• Organise all activities related to parts delivery and transport, from warehouse to final destination.
• Liaise with warehouses, vendors, transporters, logistics service providers and inspection bodies.
• Develop and maintain relationships with logistics partners, handling operational issues and small‑scale negotiations.
• Participate in the optimisation of the parts delivery workflow.
• Verify and process logistics service provider invoices in SAP.
• Contribute to supply‑chain continuous improvement initiatives.
• Train and coach new team members.

Required profile

• Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics or equivalent experience.
• 3‑5 years of experience in a similar logistics or parts‑delivery role.
• Fluent in French and English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience using SAP or another ERP system.
