Social Media Marketing Specialist

About the role

STM Consulting, a leader in digital experience platforms for the iGaming industry, is seeking a dynamic Social Media Marketing Specialist to drive its regional social media strategy across Africa. Reporting to the Digital Marketing & Social Media Manager, you will lead a team of Social Media Executives and Content Creators to ensure a unified, relevant, and impactful brand presence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute region‑specific social media strategies aligned with corporate objectives and local market nuances.
• Oversee planning and implementation of culturally tailored campaigns, including video, live sessions, and influencer collaborations.
• Guide content creation teams, review content strategies, and ensure compliance with regional trends, legal regulations, and brand guidelines.
• Build and nurture vibrant online communities, monitor engagement metrics, and manage influencer and partner relationships.
• Lead regional campaign planning, coordinate with agencies and partners, and optimise paid social media budgets.
• Establish KPIs, collect and analyse data using tools such as Facebook Insights, Twitter Analytics, and Hootsuite, and produce visual performance reports.
