Spa Receptionist

About the role

The Spa Receptionist is the first point of contact for guests entering the Constance Spa. You will create a warm, welcoming atmosphere, manage reservations, and ensure each guest receives a personalized and memorable experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, handle check‑in and check‑out procedures, and provide information about spa treatments.
• Manage all booking‑related telephone calls and online reservations using the spa software.
• Process billing accurately and handle payment transactions.
• Offer welcome drinks and explain their properties as part of the service.
• Promote retail products, recommend items related to treatments, and prepare products for guests.
• Follow up with guests after treatments to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and adhere to SOPs and checklists.
• Handle guest complaints calmly, taking ownership to resolve issues.

Required profile

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• High standard of personal presentation, reliability, and punctuality.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, guest‑focused environment.
• Strong sense of responsibility and ownership of the guest experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency with spa management software.
