Spa Receptionist – Luxury Resort

About the role

As the Spa Receptionist at One&Only Le Saint Géran, you will be the first point of contact for guests seeking spa treatments. You will ensure a seamless, five‑star experience by managing appointments, handling billing, and promoting spa programmes in line with ESPA and hotel brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Maximise treatment and retail revenue through effective scheduling, yield management and cross‑selling of promotions and packages.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of spa treatments and retail products to accurately describe benefits and prices.
• Upsell current spa promotions, record uptake, and recommend products or ongoing programmes to guests.
• Conduct spa tours for guests, VIPs and prospective members, acting as an ambassador at all times.
• Handle all billing procedures, reconcile funds at shift close and ensure accurate guest profile updates.
• Protect guest confidentiality, including data protection and medical information.
• Report any guest complaints promptly to the Spa Manager for resolution.
• Organise appointment scheduling to optimise profitability while prioritising client needs.
