Spa Therapist – Luxury Resort

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Spa Therapist to join the team at Constance Le Chaland, a luxury resort on the south‑eastern coast of Mauritius. The successful candidate will deliver personalized massage and beauty treatments, ensuring each guest enjoys a memorable spa experience in a tranquil, ocean‑front setting.

Key responsibilities

• Perform a variety of massage and beauty treatments tailored to individual guest needs.
• Promote spa marketing activities and upsell beauty products and accessories.
• Handle all payments for treatments and products, record client treatment details, and manage cash‑up procedures.
• Maintain stock control, accounting records, and ensure accurate inventory of spa supplies.
• Uphold the highest standards of hygiene, cleanliness and safety in the treatment rooms.
• Log security incidents, accidents or near‑misses promptly and follow emergency procedures.
• Comply with hotel policies, attendance rules and the corporate code of conduct.
• Participate in training and development programmes to continuously improve service quality.

Required profile

• Professional qualification in massage therapy or related beauty treatments.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with a polished appearance.
• Ability to work accurately with cash handling and basic accounting tasks.
• Team player who can collaborate with spa and hotel staff.
• Understanding of health, hygiene and fire safety regulations.
