Team Leader – Corporate Advisory

About the role

The Corporate Advisory Team Leader will join a global multifamily office based in Mauritius. Reporting to the Executive Director, the role drives end‑to‑end advisory projects, supports senior decision‑makers and contributes to the firm’s growth across Africa and beyond.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client relationships and communications, working closely with CFOs and finance teams.
• Gather, analyse and translate complex financial data into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Manage the full advisory project lifecycle from scoping to final presentation, overseeing planning, timelines, resources, risk and stakeholder coordination.
• Conduct financial analysis, valuations and modelling; develop corporate finance solutions such as restructuring, capital optimisation and M&A strategies.
• Advise on transaction structures, valuation and negotiation tactics to guide deals to completion.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, private equity or management consulting.
• Master’s degree in finance, business, economics or a related field; CFA or equivalent is a strong plus.
• Proven experience managing financial analysis or transaction projects, preferably within Africa or the Indian Ocean region.
• Fluent French language skills.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Mauritius.
