Team Leader

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to oversee client satisfaction, operational performance and compliance for our offshore fund administration services. The role acts as the primary point of contact for clients, drives team spirit and ensures high‑quality delivery across a range of financial and statutory responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main liaison for clients on technical and service matters.
• Monitor client queries, debt recovery and additional billing opportunities.
• Coach, train and mentor junior staff, conducting performance reviews.
• Oversee incorporation processes for funds, CIS managers, investment advisers and other licensed entities.
• Prepare quotes, pitches and support new business development.
• Organise board, committee and shareholders’ meetings, draft agendas, minutes and resolutions.
• Maintain statutory records, ensure proper filings and system updates.
• Manage capital call, distribution, equalisation and capital re‑balancing processes.
• Circulate quarterly management accounts and capital statements to investors.
• Assist the accounting team with finalisation and filing of audited financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures, client SLAs and relevant regulations.

Required profile

• Degree in Law & Management, Finance or equivalent (ICSA/ACCA qualification acceptable).
• Minimum 6 years experience in the offshore financial sector, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Proven ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and attention‑to‑detail skills.
