Technical Sales Representative – Construction Materials

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Technical Sales Representative to join Batimex Limited’s Project Unit. The role focuses on promoting Batimex’s construction and finishing material solutions to B2B clients, supporting project design and execution phases.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with architects, project managers, interior designers, contractors and other key stakeholders.
• Deliver professional presentations, prepare proposals and attend client meetings to capture project requirements.
• Provide technical product advice and tailored solutions during design and planning stages.
• Identify new business opportunities, expand the client portfolio through networking and market intelligence.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing while ensuring profitability and compliance with company policies.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs and competitor activities to drive growth.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions and pipeline updates in the CRM system.
• Achieve sales, gross profit margin and project conversion targets.
• Participate in site visits, trade shows and industry events to promote the Batimex brand.

Required profile

• Diploma in Sales or a related field.
• Minimum three years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the construction sector or with finishing materials.
• Valid private‑car driving licence.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently, under pressure and adapt to irregular hours as project demands dictate.
• Customer‑oriented and solution‑driven mindset.
