Technical Support Engineer – Parallels RAS

About the role

Parallels is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join its RAS team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them resolve complex technical issues while delivering a world‑class support experience.

Key responsibilities

• Own customer tickets from initial report through to resolution.
• Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and provide solutions for Windows Server, Android, iOS, macOS and virtualization environments.
• Escalate unresolved problems to internal specialist teams following standard procedures.
• Communicate promptly and accurately with customers, keeping them informed of progress.
• Record all actions, close tickets properly and generate timely reports.
• Document solutions in knowledge‑base articles and technical notes.
• Meet service‑level agreements based on issue severity.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in a Technical Support or similar role.
• Hands‑on experience with Windows Server, Android, iOS, macOS and virtualization platforms (VMware, Microsoft Hyper‑V, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft network services (DNS, DHCP, PKI), Active Directory, IIS and general networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, routing, switching).
• Relevant certifications such as MCITP, CompTIA Network+ or CCNA are a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
