Villa Manager

About the role

The Villa Manager leads the operation and guest experience of the resort’s luxury villas, ensuring that every stay meets the highest standards of service, personalization and operational excellence. This role is the primary point of contact for VIP and high‑profile guests and works closely with all supporting departments.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of assigned villas, guaranteeing smooth service delivery and adherence to luxury standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of villas, guest areas and amenities, and coordinate preparation before guest arrival.
• Maintain close collaboration with Housekeeping, Engineering, Food & Beverage, Front Office, Security and other departments to ensure seamless service.
• Monitor villa readiness, cleanliness, maintenance, amenities and special arrangements, and manage handovers between shifts.
• Control operational costs while preserving service quality.
• Personally attend to VIP, repeat and special‑occasion guests, anticipating preferences and delivering personalized welcome, daily engagement and farewell experiences.
• Handle guest complaints and service recovery promptly, following up on feedback and implementing corrective actions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in luxury hospitality or villa management, preferably in a 5‑star resort environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a dedicated villa team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build relationships with high‑profile guests.
• Detail‑oriented mindset with a focus on maintaining impeccable standards.
