About the role
Join Club Med Resorts as a Waiter and become part of a vibrant hospitality team that serves guests in stunning locations across Mauritius and other destinations. You will work in dynamic dining environments, ranging from large buffet halls to intimate à‑la‑carte settings, delivering the high‑end, all‑inclusive experience Club Med is known for.
Key responsibilities
- Set up and clear tables for services accommodating 600‑1000 guests.
- Welcome guests, provide personalized advice and ensure a memorable dining experience.
- Maintain service quality while adhering to Club Med health, safety and heritage standards.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to support buffet, plated and show‑cooking service formats.
- Assist in the preparation and execution of special events and festive catering concepts.
Required profile
- Friendly and sociable, able to build trust with guests.
- Efficient and organized, capable of managing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Attentive to detail, ensuring each guest receives personalized service.
