Wealth Business Service Executive

About the role

The Wealth Business Service Executive supports the Wealth Banker in delivering a seamless, consistent experience for high‑net‑worth clients. You will manage a portfolio of wealth customers, ensure efficient processing of transactions and credit requests, and promote digital adoption across the client base.

Key responsibilities

• Provide end‑to‑end service for wealth customers, handling transactional operations, credit applications and follow‑up.
• Assist the Wealth Banker in cross‑selling and upselling wealth products to increase market share and wallet share.
• Maintain the lounge environment, ensuring it is tidy and all services are available.
• Drive digital channel usage and support clients in migrating to online platforms.
• Manage leads through the CLM Optimus system and coordinate sales meetings and calls.
• Process unsecured and secured loan applications from submission to disbursement.
• Handle complaints promptly, aiming for first‑day resolution and producing clear resolution letters.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines, anti‑money‑laundering policies and internal audit standards.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with a focus on delivering high‑quality experiences.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with Wealth Bankers and sales teams.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to operational rigor.
• Understanding of wealth‑management products and credit processes.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the CLM Optimus lead‑management system.
