Administrator - Capital Markets

About the role

Join Ocorian as a Capital Markets Administrator and gain hands‑on exposure to SPV administration, corporate trust, securitisation and fiduciary services. Working closely with teams in Mauritius and London, you will support global financial institution clients in meeting their operational and regulatory obligations.

Key responsibilities

• Support data management, reconciliations and transactional administration for capital‑markets activities.
• Assist with cash‑management and payment‑processing, ensuring accurate and timely handling of transactions.
• Maintain and update operational data across core systems to preserve data integrity.
• Coordinate with accounting teams to provide information for financial, management and audit reporting.
• Support billing, accounts‑receivable and portfolio‑management processes.
• Assist with statutory filings, client data reviews and other administrative requirements.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a collaborative, international environment.
• Good organisational skills and capacity to manage multiple tasks.
• Interest in developing knowledge of capital‑markets products and financial reporting.
