About the role
The Associate Executive will support a portfolio of clients by delivering high‑quality administrative and client‑servicing tasks. You will work closely with senior team members to ensure all deliverables meet internal standards and legal requirements, while developing a deep understanding of each client’s unique needs.
Key responsibilities
- Administer a defined set of client‑servicing deliverables for multiple clients.
- Maintain accurate records in line with internal policies and legal obligations.
- Organise directors/shareholders meetings, prepare board papers and verify minutes.
- Ensure final client deliverables are error‑free and of high quality.
- Handle certification, notarisation, apostillation and consularisation of documents promptly.
- Manage bank account activities, including openings, transfers and liaison with banks.
- Perform day‑to‑day tasks timely, monitor progress and follow up on outstanding items.
- Submit statutory filings to FSC, ROC and other authorities.
- Conduct customer due diligence (CDD) in line with AML regulations and keep records up to date.
- Coordinate and coach team members, reviewing their work for accuracy.
Required profile
- 0‑1 years of experience in a global business environment (advantageous).
- University degree or substantial progress toward ACA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification.
- Strong client‑service mindset with excellent written and spoken communication.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines under pressure.
- Organised, goal‑oriented team player with good interpersonal skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
