Communications Lead

About the role

The Group Head Office of CIEL is seeking a dynamic Communications Lead to shape and protect the company’s reputation and brand across its diverse international operations.

Key responsibilities

• Promote CIEL’s brand image and non‑financial stories through effective media relations and positioning of senior leaders.
• Design and implement a strategic international media plan leveraging leader travel and key partner networks.
• Identify target client groups and audiences and determine optimal communication channels.
• Coordinate and develop high‑quality content for internal and external use, including speeches and interview arrangements for thought leaders.
• Organise and communicate around CIEL events, ensuring seamless execution.
• Manage the Group’s reputational agenda, including crisis management and ongoing communications programs.
• Oversee multi‑channel storytelling that showcases CIEL’s achievements, values and DNA.
• Monitor and manage CIEL’s image on social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook and YouTube.

Required profile

• Degree in communications, public relations, marketing or a related field from a recognised university.
• 5‑7 years of experience in public relations or corporate communications.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and teamwork skills, with the ability to perform under high pressure.
