Electrical Engineer – Solar PV Projects

About the role

Solarhub is looking for a motivated Electrical Engineer to design, review and support solar photovoltaic (PV) systems across residential and commercial projects in Mauritius. You will work closely with installation teams and ensure all solutions meet local regulations and industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design and review solar PV systems for residential and commercial projects.
• Prepare electrical drawings, single‑line diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Conduct site assessments and provide technical recommendations.
• Coordinate project execution with installation teams.
• Ensure compliance with local electrical regulations and industry standards.
• Support project commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting.

Required profile

• Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Knowledge of solar PV systems and renewable energy technologies is an advantage.
• Strong technical and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.
• Valid driving licence.
