Executive Assistant Manager

About the role

Attitude is looking for an Executive Assistant Manager who embodies its B Corp values and drives performance across the hotel. You will support the General Manager and lead teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences while fostering a people‑first culture.

Key responsibilities

• Act as an ambassador of Attitude’s DNA, adapting core values to the local culture and ensuring continuous family member and guest satisfaction.
• Integrate business strategies focused on People First, Local All The Way, and the Environment into daily operations.
• Maintain and reinforce company culture, creating a positive and legally compliant work environment.
• Oversee day‑to‑day hotel operations in the General Manager’s absence, ensuring all departments meet standards, policies, and service promises.
• Lead Food & Beverage operations, monitoring costs, productivity, and service standards while driving quality, creativity, and profitability.
• Support commercial and financial performance, contributing to budgeting (OPEX and CAPEX) and driving key indicators such as GOP, food cost, and guest satisfaction.
• Participate in business reviews, action planning, and strategic discussions, collaborating with Head Office on key projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years post‑qualification experience as a Food & Beverage Manager.
• Proven leadership and people‑management skills, with a focus on employee safety and engagement.
• Ability to drive operational excellence, financial performance, and strategic initiatives.
