About the role
We are seeking an experienced Reservations Officer to join the operations team of a Destination Management Company in Mauritius. The role involves handling bookings, coordinating with partners, and ensuring smooth travel experiences for our guests.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and process reservations efficiently.
- Liaise with hotels, transport providers, and tour operators.
- Prepare travel documents, vouchers, and confirmations.
- Ensure accuracy of booking details and rates.
- Support the operations team for smooth guest handling.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in reservations or tourism operations.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Good knowledge of DMC procedures and travel operations.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proficiency in English and French.
