Executive – Corporate Secretarial Officer

About the role
We are seeking an Executive to join our Company Secretarial team, handling medium‑to‑high complexity corporate secretarial processes for a diverse portfolio of entities. You will work closely with senior managers to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant governance activities.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and review complex secretarial tasks, including board and shareholder meeting preparation, resolution drafting, and minute taking.
- Manage governance activities such as constitution amendments, investment approvals, distributions, insurance renewals, and AML/KYC reviews.
- Prepare regulatory deliverables for Mauritian authorities, including TRC applications, statutory filings, annual administrator reports, and AML/CFT assessments.
- Coach junior team members, review their work, and support regulator inspections.
- Maintain high‑quality record‑keeping, update systems and planning tools, and ensure information security compliance.
Required profile
- Strong understanding of corporate governance and Mauritian regulatory requirements.
- Experience in handling complex secretarial and compliance tasks.
- Ability to coach and guide junior staff and manage client expectations.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
