Finance Team Leader

About the role

As a Finance Team Leader within Ocorian's Global Accounting team, you will lead the delivery of high‑quality financial reporting and accounting operations across a portfolio of international jurisdictions. You will combine technical accounting expertise with people leadership to support business growth, strengthen controls, and provide insightful financial analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of accounting and financial reporting for a designated set of jurisdictions.
• Produce accurate management accounts, financial statements and performance analyses to aid decision‑making.
• Act as a technical accounting partner, advising on standards, policies and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee month‑end and year‑end closing processes, ensuring timely delivery of high‑quality information.
• Collaborate with finance leaders and stakeholders across the Group to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in accounting, financial reporting and month‑end/year‑end processes.
• Strong understanding of international accounting standards and regulatory reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a high‑performing finance team.
• Excellent analytical mindset with a focus on accuracy and detail.
