About the role

The Global Resourcing Manager leads the end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle for worldwide positions, ensuring the attraction, engagement and hiring of high‑quality talent. This senior role designs sourcing strategies, manages agency partnerships and guarantees a seamless onboarding experience aligned with organisational goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies using social media, digital platforms and emerging channels.
• Oversee the full recruitment and selection process, delivering a consistent, high‑quality candidate experience.
• Partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to provide market insights, workforce planning and hiring guidance.
• Manage external recruitment agencies, ensuring brand alignment and cost‑effective delivery.
• Establish and maintain effective candidate communication processes and recruitment communication channels.
• Lead the continuous improvement of the careers site, global vacancy postings and promotion strategies.
• Standardise job description frameworks and ensure data accuracy in the HRIS.
• Implement an automated tracking system, deliver training to hiring managers and coordinate with recruitment agencies.
• Create and manage monthly recruitment data reports and respond to ad‑hoc reporting requests.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading global recruitment initiatives and managing agency relationships.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders.
• Excellent analytical abilities to produce recruitment metrics and reports.
• Experience in implementing recruitment technology and training end‑users.
