Learning & Development Manager

About the role

The Learning & Development Manager will lead the strategic implementation of a performance‑focused L&D approach that aligns with the company’s overall strategy. Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, you will shape learning architecture, delivery channels, curricula design, and content management standards across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the L&D function, delivering strategic initiatives and projects with a focus on leadership development and continuous improvement.
• Assess training needs and design comprehensive programmes, including manuals and online learning modules, to build technical and soft skills.
• Partner with departmental managers and the Group L&D team to deliver tailored training solutions that support colleague growth and organisational performance.
• Create a positive, customer‑focused learning environment that enables employees to reach their full potential.
• Ensure compliance, budget management, and cost‑effective delivery of training and development activities.

Required profile

• Degree in Business, Psychology or a related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar L&D or Training Manager role.
• Proven expertise in learning design, e‑learning platforms and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Strong project‑management and budgeting capabilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and solid business acumen.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
