Project Engineer – Payroll & HR Implementation

About the role

SD Worx is looking for a Project Engineer to support the implementation of payroll and HR systems for our clients. You will guide customers through the entire project lifecycle, ensuring a smooth transition and high satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Support the customer journey during the rollout of standard payroll and HR solutions or small change requests.
• Plan, execute, and manage projects from start to finish, meeting time, quality, and budget targets.
• Assess client needs, add value throughout the implementation, and gather feedback.
• Monitor implementation KPIs, maintain internal systems, and ensure optimal resource utilization.
• Provide training and coaching to customers and colleagues.

Required profile

• Strong customer focus with the ability to anticipate needs and deliver excellent service.
• Continuous learning mindset and adaptability to evolving products and regulations.
• Effective communication of technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
• Problem‑solving orientation and compliance awareness (ISO, GDPR).
• Experience with implementation delivery methodologies and a willingness to train customers.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
