Human Resources Administrative Officer

About the role

The Local HR Officer supports the HR Management department by implementing HR policies, facilitating onboarding, and coordinating HR activities at the country level for CFI Financial Group, a global online trading provider.

Key responsibilities

• Manage onboarding: request assets via Jira, welcome new joiners, prepare documentation, conduct tours, and create HRIS accounts.
• Coordinate with Learning & Development and Talent Acquisition on onboarding and recruitment activities.
• Handle travel logistics, visa applications, flight bookings, accommodations, and per‑diem payments through the Zahara System.
• Plan and execute HR events such as Iftar, end‑year celebrations, birthdays, and CSR initiatives.
• Administer the Orange system, maintain employee records, and update the Employee Handbook in line with local labor law.
• Monitor attendance, validate leave balances, and ensure accurate payroll reporting.
• Oversee off‑boarding: process termination requests in Jira, retrieve assets, and collect resignation letters.
• Manage office supplies, greet visitors, and provide general administrative support.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Up to 2 years of relevant experience (a plus).
• Good knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
