Senior Talent Acquisition Partner

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our global Talent Acquisition team. You will own the end‑to‑end recruitment process for high‑volume hiring, primarily within the finance and fund administration sectors, and help promote our reputation as a top employer.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer acceptance.
• Create and maintain job descriptions on internal systems and external boards.
• Develop and execute direct sourcing and attraction strategies to build talent pipelines.
• Screen resumes, assess candidates’ knowledge, skills and experience, and coordinate interview schedules.
• Participate in interview panels and provide thorough candidate assessments.
• Support the Talent Acquisition Manager with ad‑hoc projects and recruitment administration.
• Maintain data accuracy in the SmartRecruiters ATS and generate analytical recruiting reports.
• Act as a primary point of contact for candidates, fostering strong relationships throughout the selection process.

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field.
• 4‑6 years of end‑to‑end recruitment experience, preferably in finance, fund administration or buy‑side financial services.
• Proven ability to design and implement sourcing strategies.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Experience with equality monitoring processes.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SmartRecruiters (ATS).
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems, resume databases and spreadsheet analysis.
