Intermediate/Senior Full Stack Engineer

About the role

Publicis Production EMEA Hub is looking for an Intermediate/Senior Full Stack Engineer with strong Java expertise to design and develop dynamic web applications that deliver superior digital experiences for global brands.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Java for backend services and modern frontend frameworks such as React, Angular or Vue.js.
• Write efficient, secure, and maintainable Java code while optimizing backend performance.
• Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate user‑facing features and ensure seamless functionality across devices and browsers.
• Design and manage database schemas, working with SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
• Implement automated testing, perform debugging, and participate in peer code reviews to uphold high code quality.
• Stay updated on industry trends and share knowledge through team workshops and collaborative sessions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of full‑stack development experience with a focus on Java backend development.
• Proven ability to work in cross‑functional teams and translate requirements into functional applications.
