Investment Finance Manager – Professional Accountant

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to lead a team responsible for evaluating and analysing potential investment opportunities, acquisitions and strategic partnerships. The manager will oversee comprehensive assessment of income statements, balance sheets and cash flow statements, delivering insights that drive investment decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead financial evaluation of investment opportunities across multiple sectors.
• Analyse income statements, balance sheets and cash flow statements to assess profitability, liquidity and solvency.
• Conduct due‑diligence, forecasting, scenario modelling and stress‑testing of assumptions.
• Develop and oversee complex financial models to calculate IRR, NPV, payback periods and ROI.
• Identify value‑creation opportunities, risks and non‑recurring items.
• Support acquisition, merger, joint‑venture and strategic investment decisions.
• Coordinate with external advisors, auditors, legal and tax teams.
• Present clear investment recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in financial analysis and investment evaluation.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team of analysts.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting policies and reporting standards.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with senior management and external partners.
