Logistics Officer

About the role

The Logistics Officer will report directly to the Head of Logistics Regional and will be responsible for managing end‑to‑end shipment operations for Aquarelle Clothing Limited in Grand Bois, Mauritius. The role focuses on ensuring smooth DAP shipments, export excellence, and high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Handle all DAP (Delivered at Place) shipments.
• Follow up with agents, shipping lines and coordinate with customers to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain 100% customer satisfaction through proactive communication.
• Support export excellence initiatives.
• Manage Madagascar shipment clearance using the company system.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business or a related field.
• Experience in logistics, shipping or supply chain operations.
• Strong understanding of import/export processes.
• Excellent organizational and coordination abilities.
• Good communication skills and a customer‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools.
