Manager - Fund Accounting (Hedge Funds)

About the role

Take ownership of a portfolio of hedge‑fund clients from day one, delivering high‑quality fund accounting services. You will manage complex transactions, deepen expertise in NAV production and ensure regulatory and client deadlines are met accurately.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage a portfolio of fund clients, building trusted relationships with investment managers, administrators, auditors and custodians.
• Oversee preparation and review of fund accounting deliverables, NAV calculations, investor reporting and financial information.
• Utilise PFS Paxus to process trades, price securities, handle corporate actions and manage investor dealing and reporting.
• Lead and mentor a team of fund accountants, providing coaching, technical guidance and fostering operational excellence.
• Drive efficiency through automation and ensure robust controls and compliance with policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Proven experience in fund accounting for hedge funds.
• Ability to manage client relationships and meet critical deadlines.
• Leadership experience in supervising and developing junior accountants.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality output.
