Marketing Assistant

About the role

Join a fast‑paced marketing team supporting product launches, high‑impact promotions and sponsorship activations across stores, digital channels and local communities. You will work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to bring campaigns to life from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the timely delivery of marketing materials, POS assets and signage.
• Collaborate with sponsorship partners and store teams to execute brand activations and sampling events.
• Work with trade‑marketing teams to produce and distribute promotional assets.
• Support local community initiatives and manage engagement activities.
• Maintain marketing calendars, track budgets and report on campaign performance.
• Provide administrative support such as preparing briefs, supplier coordination and competitor research.

Required profile

• Proven experience coordinating marketing material delivery with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work with sponsorship partners and store teams on brand activations.
• Experience supporting trade‑marketing functions and community initiatives.
• Strong organisational skills for managing calendars, budgets and performance reporting.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
