Mystery Shopper for Hotels

About the role

Guest Delight International (GDI) is looking for detail‑oriented individuals to act as mystery shoppers for a range of luxury and boutique hotels. You will visit selected properties, experience their services incognito, and provide objective feedback that helps our clients improve guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct on‑site evaluations of all hotel areas, including reception, rooms, dining, and amenities.
• Follow detailed audit checklists and adhere to strict timelines.
• Submit a comprehensive, fact‑based report online that highlights strengths and identifies opportunities for improvement.

Required profile

• Strong written communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Reliable internet access at home or work.
• Previous experience or background in the hotel or hospitality sector.
