About the role
The Restaurant Supervisor will lead the bar and dining operations at C Mauritius, ensuring a vibrant guest experience that aligns with the brand’s energetic and welcoming atmosphere. You will coordinate staff, maintain service standards, and oversee safety and hygiene compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate and control bar organization and daily activity.
- Apply restaurant SOPs, hygiene, safety and alcoholic beverage regulations.
- Manage working hours, staff discipline, training and performance with the Assistant F&B Service Manager.
- Oversee inventory, cash handling, billing and collection procedures.
- Participate in daily Food & Beverage meetings and ensure product quality and stock adequacy.
- Lead, motivate and, when necessary, discipline team members.
- Maintain equipment, basic wine cellar procedures and food production standards.
- Promote energy‑efficiency, environmental actions and a safe work environment.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar hospitality role.
- SC holder or equivalent qualification (National Certificate Level 3).
- Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.
Required skills
- Cash handling and financial reconciliation.
- Inventory management and stock control.
- Basic wine cellar operations.
- Food service and production oversight.
- Knowledge of hygiene, safety and alcohol service regulations.
