Senior Manager Cyber Security

About the role

The Senior Manager Cyber Security leads the Security Services function across all company entities. Reporting to the Group CISO in Switzerland, the role is responsible for building, training and managing a team of Security Engineers and Specialists to protect the organisation’s digital assets.

Key responsibilities

• Hire, coach and supervise security engineers and specialists.
• Deliver IT security advisory services, including architecture design, change validation, firewall rule reviews and documentation.
• Oversee vulnerability management, hardening, scanning, patching and penetration testing activities.
• Manage security incidents from assessment through resolution, escalation and reporting.
• Design, implement and monitor security controls aligned with ISO 27001, PCI DSS and the Group ISMS.
• Coordinate internal and external audits, prepare evidence, conduct interviews and follow up on findings.
• Conduct cyber‑security risk assessments and drive risk mitigation.
• Take local responsibility for business continuity planning, facilities security and safety.

Required profile

• Degree in IT Security or Computer Science with a strong security focus.
• 8‑10 years of IT experience, including at least 7 years in information security.
• 3‑5 years of line‑management experience, with proven team‑building skills.
• Experience in multinational, preferably IT‑focused, organisations.
• One or more professional security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM).
• Fluent written and spoken English; French is a plus.
