Senior Relationship Manager – Corporate & Institutional Banking

About the role

BCP Bank (Mauritius) is seeking a Senior Relationship Manager to lead its Corporate & Institutional Banking portfolio. You will be responsible for driving enterprise growth, managing high‑value deals, and expanding the bank’s presence across Africa and international trade corridors.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve commercial targets through new client acquisition, business introducer engagement, and proactive portfolio management.
• Maintain and deepen key customer relationships with regular contacts and visits.
• Structure tailor‑made financing facilities that meet client needs.
• Identify and exploit cross‑selling opportunities across the Groupe BCP network.
• Ensure strict compliance with KYC and AML requirements.
• Prepare credit files and coordinate with risk and credit departments according to the bank’s risk policy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Banking & Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate banking, global business, trade finance, or cross‑border lending.
• Proven track record of managing corporate or institutional client relationships.
• Advanced expertise may qualify candidates directly for the senior position.
