About the role
Dayforce is seeking a Services Consultant to join its global team. In this role you will help clients adopt and optimise Dayforce’s workforce management platform, ensuring they achieve maximum value from the solution.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements and translate them into system configurations.
- Implement and configure Dayforce workforce management software according to client specifications.
- Deliver training sessions that enable clients to use the platform effectively.
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve client concerns.
- Work closely with internal teams to guarantee successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve service delivery.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in workforce management, payroll, or related domains is a plus.
Required skills
- SQL
- ERP application experience (advantageous)
