Supply Chain Assistant

About the role

The Supply Chain Assistant will join Edendale Group’s logistics team in Pailles, supporting day‑to‑day procurement, purchasing and inventory activities. This full‑time, on‑site position ensures the smooth flow of goods and services across the FMCG supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with procurement and purchasing processes, including order placement and supplier communication.
• Monitor inventory levels, update stock records and coordinate replenishment.
• Track shipments, verify delivery schedules and resolve any discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate documentation and support reporting for supply chain performance.
• Provide high‑quality internal and external customer service.
• Identify opportunities to improve supply chain efficiency and support process enhancements.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Experience in supply chain, procurement or purchasing operations, preferably in FMCG.
• Detail‑oriented with solid organizational and analytical skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field (preferred).

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
