Team Leader – Finance

About the role

As a Team Leader within the Global Accounting team, you will lead high‑quality financial reporting and accounting operations across a portfolio of international jurisdictions. You will combine technical accounting expertise with people leadership to support business growth, provide insightful financial analysis, and strengthen controls.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of accounting and financial reporting activities across a designated portfolio of jurisdictions.
• Prepare accurate management accounts, financial statements and performance analyses to support decision‑making.
• Provide technical accounting guidance on standards, policies and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee month‑end and year‑end closing processes, ensuring timely delivery of high‑quality information.
• Collaborate with finance leaders and stakeholders to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading accounting or finance teams in a global environment.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS/GAAP and regulatory reporting.
• Ability to communicate complex financial information to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated track record of improving controls and reporting processes.
