Executive – Fund Accounting

About the role

As an Executive in the Fund Accounting team, you will be responsible for delivering accurate and timely accounting outputs for a diverse portfolio of investment funds. You will work closely with senior managers to prepare daily NAVs, financial statements, tax computations, regulatory filings, and audit deliverables while maintaining direct client interaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end accounting for assigned fund portfolios, including bookkeeping, periodic and annual accounts, and financial‑statement reconciliations.
• Serve as the primary client contact, handling complex queries, ad‑hoc requests, and escalating issues early.
• Track progress on deliverables, review junior team members’ work, verify financial‑statement accuracy, and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Support audit and regulatory requirements by preparing statements, responding to audit queries, completing surveys, and uploading final documents.
• Coordinate team operations by updating planning information, managing signatures and approvals, and completing additional accounting tasks.

Required profile

• Proven experience in fund accounting or related investment‑fund environments.
• Strong client‑facing skills with the ability to manage complex queries.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Capability to review and mentor junior staff.
