Fund Accountant – Mid Level (Accountant 3)

About the role

This mid‑level position is responsible for delivering comprehensive fund accounting services with minimal supervision. You will work on low to medium complexity funds, focusing on core accounting processes and ensuring high‑quality, timely deliverables.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver accurate financial statements, NAV reports and other fund accounting deliverables in line with guidelines and accounting standards.
• Maintain fund books and records through daily bookkeeping, periodic reporting and rigorous quality control to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Process capital calls, distributions, investor notices and other routine fund accounting transactions with detailed documentation.
• Identify, assess and escalate operational risks, conduct self‑reviews and participate in quality assurance activities.
• Support process improvement initiatives, contribute to standard operating procedures and engage in training and professional development.

Required profile

• Mid‑level accounting professional with experience in fund accounting for low to medium complexity funds.
• Strong understanding of accounting standards and fund reporting requirements.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining high quality and timeliness.
• Attention to detail and commitment to compliance and risk management.
