Invoicing Officer

About the role

As an Invoicing Officer you will ensure invoices are accurate, timely and compliant, supporting the smooth operation of a global investor services group. You will work closely with the Head of Billing and a wide network of internal and external stakeholders, gaining exposure to financial operations, reporting and process‑improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of invoice processing and review, issuing invoices in line with service levels and client expectations.
• Manage recoverable expenses, monitor payments and ensure financial information is captured and allocated correctly.
• Analyse timesheet and billing data, investigate exceptions and collaborate with teams to improve reporting accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Prepare billing and recovery reports for month‑end, support debtor management and provide insights for decision‑making.
• Act as a trusted point of contact for billing‑related queries, working with operational and finance teams to resolve issues and identify automation opportunities.
