Senior Invoicing Officer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Invoicing Officer to own the end‑to‑end billing cycle for a global investor services group. You will ensure invoices are accurate, timely, and compliant while supporting month‑end close and driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Generate, validate and issue invoices in line with service level agreements.
• Analyse billing data, staff time‑recordings and investigate discrepancies.
• Produce billing performance and recovery reports, highlighting key variances.
• Support trade debtor management and month‑end financial reporting.
• Act as the primary contact for billing queries, collaborating with operational and finance teams.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in invoicing, billing or finance operations at a senior level.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to resolve complex billing issues.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally.
• Detail‑oriented and committed to compliance and accuracy.
