About the role
The Associate Executive will provide essential administrative and company secretarial support to a portfolio of client entities within Apex Group’s global fund administration business. You will ensure compliance with statutory obligations, maintain accurate records, and contribute to high‑quality client deliverables.
Key responsibilities
- Provide administrative and company secretarial support to client entities, ensuring statutory compliance.
- Maintain proper records in line with internal policies and legal requirements.
- Convene directors/shareholders meetings and prepare board papers with high‑quality deliverables.
- Coordinate execution of agreements, bank account openings, certifications, notarisation, apostillation and consularisation of documents.
- Handle statutory filings with regulatory bodies such as ROC, FSC, MRA, and others.
- Develop an understanding of company administration mechanics and complex AML/regulatory issues.
- Ensure final client deliverables are accurate and of high quality.
- Conduct customer due diligence in accordance with the AML Code.
Required profile
- 1‑2 years of experience in the global business sector.
- Undergraduate degree in a related field or holder of ACCA/ICSA qualification (partially qualified candidates considered).
- Strong client‑service mindset.
- Ability to work under pressure.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Word.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
