Compliance Analyst – AML/CFT Focus

About the role

Arrowheads is seeking a motivated Compliance Analyst to support its clients with anti‑money laundering (AML) and counter‑funding of terrorism (CFT) initiatives. You will work closely with senior consultants to ensure regulatory standards are met while maintaining high‑quality client service.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in conducting AML/CFT audits for client portfolios.
• Support the design and implementation of tailored AML/CFT frameworks.
• Verify due‑diligence documentation and perform customer risk assessments.
• Draft, format, and finalize audit and compliance reports.
• Maintain client records in line with internal procedures.
• Participate in client onboarding and file review processes.
• Coordinate stakeholder meetings, schedule diaries, and provide regular status updates.
• Handle ad‑hoc assignments and any additional tasks assigned by management.

Required profile

• HSC/Degree holder; ACAMS certification or willingness to obtain it.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in corporate administration or compliance.
• Strong ability to meet deadlines and communicate clearly in English.
• Ambitious, disciplined, and committed to professional growth.
