Finance Transformation Consultant – FAAS

About the role

As an Assistant in Finance Transformation you will work alongside experienced leads and supervisors to drive end‑to‑end finance transformation for EY clients. You will help re‑imagine systems, data and processes to create scalable, automated and future‑ready finance functions.

Key responsibilities

• Support the design and delivery of finance transformation initiatives.
• Lead technology migration and process automation projects.
• Enhance data architecture and data models.
• Transition current‑state processes to clearly defined target‑state operating models.
• Assist with finance transformation across strategy, operating models and technology enablement.

Required profile

• Agile, growth‑oriented and proactive.
• Curious, purpose‑driven and able to ask better questions.
• Inclusive, collaborative and comfortable working with diverse perspectives.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, STEM, Data Science or related fields.
• 0‑2 years of experience in data analytics, ETL and client‑ready reporting.
• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for process improvement.

Required skills

• Python programming.
• SQL debugging and problem‑solving.
• Data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Alteryx.
• ETL processes and data analytics.
• Data modeling and data architecture concepts.
