About the role
The Head Steward leads the stewarding team at a Club Med resort, ensuring that all guest areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, safety and service. You will coordinate daily operations, manage supplies and uphold the brand’s commitment to personalized guest experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Apply and respect operational standards to guarantee consistent service delivery across the resort.
- Control costs, monitor breakages and implement measures to reduce waste.
- Manage inventory, prevent supply disruptions and oversee the centralisation of detergents and small hotel supplies for F&B, dishwashing and cleaning services.
- Guarantee the implementation and compliance with Health and Safety procedures.
- Supervise, motivate and develop stewarding teams, aligning them with shared objectives, attitudes and behaviours.
- Coordinate with external service providers, ensuring contracts and compliance conditions are properly communicated.
Required profile
- Sociable with the ability to build trusting relationships with guests.
- Efficient in managing priorities and delivering timely service.
- Attentive to detail, ensuring each guest receives personalised attention.
